Character
An interesting quote that relates to spiritual formation (becoming the kind of person Jesus wants you to be):
Character is personal, but it is not private. Everybody who knows you has an opinion about the kind of person you are. You might as well let them know the kind of person you are striving to become.

Think about it: all your friends already have an opinion about the kind of person you are. You're not fooling them! So are you striving to become anything different?
